Growing up with a father who was a home builder and a mother who was a real estate agent, Jake discovered his passion for real estate early on. After earning a degree in Finance in Tennessee, he immediately launched his career in real estate. Jake began his journey as a REALTOR® in Knoxville, Tennessee, then moved to Charleston, South Carolina, and now calls the Emerald Coast his home. Since relocating to the area in 2015, Jake has successfully managed over $100 million in real estate transactions. He is known for his professionalism, prompt response to clients' needs, and in-depth knowledge of the dynamic 30A/Destin market.

In his free time, Jake enjoys life with his beautiful wife, Ashley, and their two children. He also loves playing golf and tennis, working out, paddle boarding, and deep-sea fishing.
