A second-generation Realtor, Jake’s foundation in real estate began early, influenced by his parents and their careers in the industry. While earning his degree in Finance, he obtained his real estate license and went on to build experience in Charleston before ultimately making the Emerald Coast home in 2015.

Today, as part of the Blankenship | Watkins Advisory Group, he specializes in luxury properties throughout 30A, Miramar Beach, and Destin, guiding clients with insight, discretion, and a deep understanding of the area’s most sought-after communities.
